Service Description:
ASAP Factoring provides invoice factoring services to 3PLs. By using our services, you agree to sell your accounts receivable to Apexloads INC in exchange for immediate funds.

Specific terms related to the factoring of invoices, including the fees, percentages, and payment terms, will be outlined in separate agreements between you and Apexloads INC. - Fees and Payments
Service Fees:
You agree to pay the fees associated with our factoring services as described in the separate agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
